AFT '23 — Attend

AFT '23 will be held in Princeton, NJ, USA at the Friend Center, Princeton University from October 23-26, 2023. Typical map apps work well for navigating Princeton's campus, and in particular should suggest convenient routes from the suggested hotels or train station to the Friend Center. If you would like up-to-date routes that avoid on-campus construction, or accessible routes, the Princeton Campus Map app may be helpful.

Air Travel

Princeton is most easily accessed from Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), followed by Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). Princeton can be reached by train from either airport. AFT is walking distance from Princeton Station. Taxis/Rideshare apps are available from Princeton Junction (10-15 minute drive from campus).

Accommodation

Two hotels are within walking distance of the conference venue: Nassau Inn and Peacock Inn. Unfortunately, neither offers a group rate. Other hotel options are available near Route 1, approximately two miles away.

Student Support

We have limited funding to potentially support attendance of a few participants with financial needs. This is generally intended for presenters who can secure some but not all of their own funding, although we will consider applications from all participants. Please fill out this application form by Sep. 1, 2023 for full consideration.

Visa Letters

Attendees requiring a visa to travel to the USA are encourage to contact the general chair as soon as possible to request an invitation letter. Please include the following information:
